Room with terrace on the 4th floor is great. It is an ideal place for a long business trip. The room has a separate work space, its own kitchen and a lovely highway overlooking the Vienna Woods. Every day in the fridge you will find 2 bottles of mineral water and beer and coffee stickers. Nourishing breakfasts and a sports hall (fitness equipment and sauna). There are 2 supermarkets (Billa, Spare) and a tram stop on either side. The room has 2 closets and enough hangers, and a full-length mirror next to one of them.
My room was a bit worn out, it hasn't been repaired for a long time (for me it's not a problem, but it is). The lack of disposable slippers in my room was a bigger problem for me.

hotel is the right one. From the waiting area with cozy armchairs and fireplace to the snow-white sheets. fridge was refilled daily with mineral water in glass and beer. the daily cleaning of the room. We had a room with a kitchen. We had everything we needed for cooking. Also it rained outside. girl administrator gave us an umbrella for a comfortable walk. After the eviction, we asked to leave our things until tonight. no questions asked, There's a bus stop next door, tram 38 and S45 express train. There are also two supermarkets nearby and a park.
Time flew by quickly, a hotel like this makes you want to stay a little longer.

Just a proper fit for a passing visit in Vienna with excellent value for money. The walk-in shower in the clean bathroom was refreshing after a day out. Grab a travel pass for easy access to the city.

Stylish and comfortable room, though small, but very functional. It was quiet in the room. Very big plus - kitchenette - oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, you can quickly cook or heat something - good savings in restaurants. The room is always refilled with free water, coffee, tea, cocoa, there was also free beer in the fridge, but we do not drink it. Good breakfasts - from hot: omelette, sausages or meatballs, fried bacon, boiled eggs; from cold snacks: meat cuts, cheeses, different salads, muesli, cereals, yogurts, buns; drinks: juices, coffee machine, tea, milk; sweets: delicious puffs, croissants, muffins, fruit, different jams, chocolate pastes, honey. Caught in the heat in Vienna - the condenser worked well. The bed is comfortable. For some people may be thin pillows, but I sleep on such pillows (they are one each). In general, I liked it very much, I can recommend it.

I liked absolutely everything, from the caring attitude of the staff to full compliance with the number chosen on the picture. I had an apartment with its own kitchenette, everything new and beautiful, very comfortable, pleasing to the eye!!! I definitely recommend the hotel, if necessary I will stay here more. The centre is 20 minutes by tram and all the sights are either within walking distance or anywhere you can reach by metro. Ask for a map of the city at the reception, I am not separated from it, it is very helpful to orientate myself for the first time. By the way, the hotel itself has a sauna and a gym, if you have time, be sure to drop in, they are above all praise. I thank the staff once again, despite the language difficulties, they tried to help and explain everything. Thank you!!!

Very nice situation in Vienna, green (Grinzing), quiet & central (tramway 38 to town centre). Kind & attentive service. Room deco: naive Sissi & Franz-Joseph three colour prints. Old small tv. Single beds tied. Offers make rooms under 100€ but breakfasts are overpriced (2x14 €). Possibility to eat & shop cross the street (Several coffee-shops early, supermarkets). Overall pretty satisfying.

Hotel is little bit far away from city center but public transportation is excellent. Apartment room is very pleasant for family stay especially roof terrace.
Apartment cleaning is twice per week but this is clearly stated in advance.

The location was good, free parking outside the hotel was always possible. We rented a 2-level apartment, so it was great to have a separate restroom (guest restroom) on the first level, while there was a bath with a toilet on the 2nd floor beside the queen size bed. The 2 balconies on the opposite sides of the apartment were excellent: when it was too hot on the one side, you could use the other one.
There were several things which made our stay uncomfortable: first, the apartment was too small, tiny kitchen. The double bed was to small, I guess a queen size bed, which for me, being 197cm tall, is not enough. Then the noises from the neighbors came through the wall from both sides, at least not from above being on the top floor. No air- conditioning, so I wonder how people stay here in summer(?). Only 2 cleaning ups per week.
